This is one of my favorite shots from shooting EA boys and girls track.
it was a beautifully rainy day. The 200mm 2.0 looks great even with the 2x-TC the Nikon D3 still makes wonderful files.

I got a Nikkor 500mm f/4 lens and it makes cool images like those two. I have been having a blast with it for field sports and crew. I can’t wait to use it in the pool too…
frosty friday…

walking the dogs I saw the frost on the grass and leaves and thought that will be cool in an hour when the light skims across the grass. I came back twice to get it just the way I wanted.
I do this with details. I shoot them and am drawn back to them at a later time.
